The steel frame uses a rivet locking system that clicks together without tools in minutes. No drilling, no bolts, no specialist equipment. Shelf heights are fully adjustable so you can configure the unit around whatever you are storing, or remove shelves entirely to create a workbench height surface for workshop use.
Each shelf is constructed from 6.2mm thick MDF board with a grey powder coated finish, four layers of coating that resists moisture, splashes, and the general punishment of a working garage environment. The grey finish is the most versatile in the range, sitting naturally in any garage, shed, warehouse, or utility room without drawing attention away from the space itself.
Assembly is tool free and straightforward. All components lock into place using the rivet system and most customers have it built and loaded within 30 minutes.
